CODE OF CONDUCT

Act at all times in a safe and responsible manner.
Deal with people and in an open and friendly manner.
Deal with people honestly;
  • “People” include customers, suppliers, subordinates, work colleagues and the general public.
  • This includes pursuing only ethical sales. We do only what is genuinely needed to and authorised to be done.
  • Charge a fair value price for goods and services. Do not exceed Lube Mobile retail prices or labour time guides.
  • Give accurate and honest advice.
  • Give accurate and honest explanations.
Listen to the concerns and complaints of customers and staff - take action.
  • Endeavour to resolve their problem.
  • Retrain staff and/or amend our system to stop it occurring again.
If we make a promise - we stick to it. If in giving that promise we have made a mistake or been let down by others we will call, explain and remedy the situation.
Be respectful of the property of others – Customer, Company, Supplier and the public.
